Jessica is a Sydney Based Sports Dietitian who spends the majority of her time these days working with some of Australia’s leading professional sports teams. Previously, she has also worked in a range of clinical settings including private practice, weight management and in the hospital setting where she initially started her career.
Jessica decided she wanted to become a dietitian when she was in high school. Back then she was training and competing for many hours and found she was tired, run-down and also had a few unnecessary broken bones. She was recommended to see a sports dietitian who not only helped improve her energy, immune system and bone density but helped her decide exactly what she wanted to do with her life.
Some of Jessica's greatest enjoyments in life are food, sport, travel and meeting new people. Jessica became a dietitian to help people become the best versions of themselves. Jessica believe's there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and she works with each person to help them optimise their health and performance, be that in the gym, on the training track or in the work environment. Every recommendation she makes considers the client’s needs, wants, lifestyle and individual goals.
Food is fuel, so if you want to get the most out of your life, Jessica would love to show you how efficient, effective and energised you can be once you start fuelling your body optimally.
