I am a Sydney Based Sports Dietitian who spends the majority of my time these days working with some of Australia’s leading professional sports teams. Previously, I have also worked in a range of clinical settings including private practice, weight management and I originally started out working in a hospital.
I decided I wanted to become a dietitian when I was in high school. Back then I was training and competing for many hours and I found myself tired, run-down and with a few unnecessary broken bones. I was recommended to see a sports dietitian who not only helped improve my energy, immune system and bone density, but helped me decide exactly what I wanted to do with my life.
Some of my biggest enjoyments in life are food, sport, travel and meeting new people. I became a dietitian to help people be the best version of themselves. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and I work with each individual person to help them optimise their health and performance, be that in the gym, on the training track or in the work environment. Every recommendation I make considers the client’s needs, wants, lifestyle and their individual goals.
Food is fuel, so if you are wanting to get the most out of your life I would love to show you how efficient, effective and energised you can be once you start fuelling your body optimally.
